In Summer 2021, I had to opportunity to intern at Simply Southern Corporate office in Greensboro, North Carolina for Product Development. I worked alongside the Product Development Assistant in assisting the design team in developing their seasonal collection.

My responsibilities included creating CADs & tech packs on Adobe Illustrator, shipping product samples, organizing fabric and color samples, providing research on trends..etc. This internship had not only provided me with valuable real-life experience, but it also taught me first-hand experience in working independently in the professional environment. It had allowed me to learn to work in a team and incorporate my own creativity in promoting the success of the company.
